I’m excited to announce that I will be giving away a free wedding package to a deserving couple for the 2013 wedding season.

I consider myself fortunate.  I made the tough decision 6 years ago to abandon my safe and cozy job for something a little more “tres boheme”.  ::winkwink:: It has been one great adventure after the other that has taken me near and far.  I have photographed judges, senators, musicians,  families celebrating life, newlyweds celebrating love,  a mother’s last days with her family as she battled breast cancer, homeless children in third world countries,  and fashionistas in France.  All of these people I have seen and experienced through my camera and my life is different because of it.

With over 100 weddings under my belt I am blessed beyond belief to be able to do what I love;  photograph people. I get to celebrate love and tell their story.

I give back when I can and this year I will be giving away a wedding photography package to a couple that normally would not have had access to my services.

Here are the details:

1 – The bride and groom as a couple must submit an email application with why they think they are deserving of winning this package.

Application is to include the following:

Your story of “us” (how you met, fell in love, got engaged, etc.),

Why you think you should win,

A snap shot of the two of you.

Letter of recommendation from a friend or family member,

Any current details about your wedding day,

Anything else you think is necessary (or fun!).

2 -The bride and groom  must be getting married in the 2013 season and I must currently be available for your date.

3 – The bride and groom will  be gifted full wedding day coverage and an engagement session with retouched images.

Application deadline is January 31st at midnight PST.

The winner will be selected by a panel of people and the results will be announced on February 14th here on the blog!
